We began by listening carefully to their ideas, vision and personal style, ensuring that every detail reflected what mattered most to them. On the day itself, our team managed every aspect—from the elegant ceremony setup to the vibrant reception décor and flawless dancefloor—so the couple could focus on enjoying every magical moment. Ceremony Setup: A Fairytale Garden

The ceremony took place in a beautifully draped marquee in the secret garden of Powerscourt Hotel. Bathed in warm sunshine, the setting was nothing short of magical. The wedding decor truly brought the marquee to life, creating a scene that felt straight out of a fairytale. A stunning floral aisle guided guests to their seats, while elegant chair sashes and gold stands added an extra touch of sophistication. And the showstopper? A magnificent 20-foot cherry blossom tree that stood tall and graceful, completing the picture-perfect backdrop for Sarah and Mark’s “I do” moment.

A Pre-Reception Wonderland

The couple had a vision for something truly unique, and their pre-reception area was a perfect reflection of that. Guests were greeted by a stunning welcome mirror and a fun selfie mirror that encouraged everyone to capture the moment. A light-up LOVE table paid tribute to loved ones who couldn’t be there, adding a heartfelt touch to the space. Sweet treats awaited at the charming candy cart, while a vintage postbox provided a special place for guests to leave their cards. And of course, our beautiful flower wall, complete with a cosy sofa, created the ideal spot for guests to sit back and take unforgettable photos—striking the perfect balance between style, fun, and sentimentality.

Ballroom Bliss: A Fairytale Reception

Inside the ballroom, the scene was pure fairytale magic. An all-white dancefloor, complete with a custom decal of the couple’s names, set the stage for a night to remember. Stunning floral arrangements filled the room, including breathtaking 4-foot ring centrepieces that added an air of elegance and romance. Flowers cascaded along the two stages and framed the top table, beautifully complemented by large LED letters, magazine photobooth and stunning draping all around the room. And the pièce de résistance? Our two magnificent 20-foot cherry blossom trees, framing the top table in a breathtaking display. The abundance of lush blooms and carefully placed details throughout the ballroom transformed it into a true fairytale wonderland—a setting as unforgettable as Sarah and Mark themselves.

But That’s Not All…

The marquee was then transformed into a whimsical wonderland, complete with a stunning feather wall that added a touch of ethereal elegance. A charming swing provided the perfect spot for whimsical photo opportunities, while beautiful, illuminated letters spelling out “Mr & Mrs” added a romantic glow to the space. This enchanting setup created a truly magical atmosphere, setting the stage for memories that will last a lifetime.
