Terms and Conditions of Hire
The “Client” means the persons, organisation or company booking products from Wow-Weddings
Wow-Weddings is a trading names of Real Events.
1.1 All equipment remains the property of Wow-Weddings at all times.
1.2 By placing an order with Wow-Weddings either verbally or via e-mail regardless of whether a booking has been confirmed or deposit paid it is deemed that the Client has read, understood, fully agreed to and is bound by all our terms and conditions of hire.
1.3 In the event of traffic or any other circumstances beyond our control preventing Wow-Weddings from being able to fulfil our contracted obligations our liability shall be limited to a refund of any monies paid in relation to the contracted event, or a pro rata extension of hire time in the event of delayed start. If an extension to hire time is not possible due to the event finish time Wow-Weddings will make a refund to the Client calculated pro rata from the total charge made for the agreed operational service period. No further compensation will be paid irrespective of any loss of earnings.
1.4 Photo Booth & Selfie Mirror Hire: Wow-Weddings agree to provide the hired equipment operational and available for use for a minimum of 80% of the agreed operational service period, to permit change of media or maintenance of the equipment should any be necessary. In the unlikely event that it is not possible, other than for reasons beyond our control, to provide operational equipment for at least 80% of the agreed operational service period, Wow-Weddings will make a refund to the Client calculated pro rata from the total charge made for the agreed operational service period.
1.5 It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that all the details on the email booking form are correct. Including but not limited to all products booked, which must be listed on the booking form, times of photobooths etc.
Price, Booking Fee and Payments
2.1 All hires are subject to a booking fee of 30% (Booking fee is non-refundable except in the case of 3.2 below).
2.2 The balance to be paid in full by bank transfer at least 28 days prior to the start of the event or can be paid in cash on the day.
2.3 Terms for approved account clients will be strictly 30 days from invoice date unless agreed in writing by Wow-Weddings.
2.4 Advertised prices are subject to change without prior notification.
2.5 Wow-Weddings reserve the right to charge interest on all overdue accounts at 2% of the hire fee for each day the account remains overdue.
3.1 Any cancelled order is subject to the following cancellation terms and charges;
3.2 Any event cancelled will not receive any re-fund at all except in very special circumstances. This will be at the discretion of Wow-Weddings and the re-fund will be made after the booked event date has passed and be dependent on Wow-Weddings getting a similar booking from another client to replace the cancelled booking. This refund will be subject to loss of booking fee 2.1 above, admin charges and possible loss of the VAT element of the original payment if we have moved into a different VAT period
4.1 Wow-Weddings reserve the right to substitute hired equipment with equipment of a similar type and value without notice in the event of previous damage or loss of booked equipment.
4.2 Photo Booth & Selfie Mirror: All photo sizes quoted are approximate
4.3 All equipment remains the property of Wow-Weddings at all times.
4.4 Wow-Weddings reserve the right to amend or alter any product specifications without prior notice.
4.5 In a situation, where we are unable to provide a product, we will do our best to outsource the product in question or provide a similar alternative which would be agreed with a customer before the event date.
Photo Booth & Selfie Mirror Mechanical Problems
5.1 On the rare occasion the hired equipment may have technical problems every effort will be made to rectify the problem. If the problem is rectified within the hire time a pro rata extension of hire time will be applied. See clause 1.4
5.2 If a failure of the printer occurs, Wow-Weddings staff will encourage guests to continue using the booth/mirror and to write in any albums provided by us. The pictures will then be printed after the event and together with any albums posted directly to the Client.
5.3 No Refund shall be given unless the Photo booth is unable to take pictures due to camera failure or hard drive failure.
Venue, Location, and Conduct
6.1 The Photo Booth will be set up as agreed on arrival in one location only and cannot be moved once erected.
6.2 Wow-Weddings reserve the right to refuse delivery if the venue is deemed to be unsuitable to set up the equipment (for example the floor is not level or is unstable) or if the client has failed to notify Wow-Weddings of any steps or excessive loading distances from our vehicle to the set up area. In such a case no refund will be given and the full hire fee will be due.
6.3 The client is responsible for ensuring that suitable security and crowd control measures are in place prior to start of the hire period.
6.4 Photo Booth & Selfie Mirror Hire: Wow-Weddings reserve the right to cease operation and remove the photo booth from site if at any time a member of Wow-Weddings staff feel that guests or clients conduct is endangering the safety of the guests, clients, themselves or the safety of the photo booth. In such cases no refund will be given and full contracted fees will be due to Wow-Weddings.
7.1 The client agrees to indemnify Wow-Weddings for any damage or theft of any Wow-Weddings equipment whilst on hire.
7.2 Wow-Weddings accept no liability for any damage or loss of personal property and or any injury arising from irresponsible use of the photo booth, props or any other hired equipment.
Terms and Conditions Wow-Weddings Creative Prints Stationery
The “Client” means the persons, organisation or company purchasing products from Wow-Weddings Creative Print
Wow-Weddings Creative Prints is a trading names of Real Events.
Once an order has been placed, we will contact you with any amendments you have – e.g. date of event, colour, names etc. Once a digital artwork is emailed to a client, it is the responsibility of the client to check errors, spelling etc and bring it to our attention. Artwork will not be sent to the printers until the client has confirmed the final draft. An email of approval MUST be received before any artwork can be sent to print. You should then receive it within a few days. You will get an email notification to let you know it’s on the way.
Once artwork has been sent to the printers, no further edits can be made.
We ship all our products via An Post however shipping method may vary depending on destination country. Shipping Charges may vary depending on An Post prices.
The price quoted for delivery includes packaging. Please take great care when opening the package, so the items inside won’t get damaged.
Customs Note: When shipping outside of the EU, any import taxes or charges that are due as a result of getting packages though Customs in the destination country are the responsibility of the client.
Returns & Refunds Policy: Any personalised items are not eligible for returns or refunds. All requests to cancel or return an order should be made as soon as possible by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Bespoke or Personalised Products: If you cancel prior to accepting your artwork proofs then a refund of 50% of the original value of the order or part of the order being cancelled will be refunded. If you cancel your order after accepting your artwork proofs, then 100% of the original value will be due.

Upon delivery the client should examine the goods and should inform us of any apparent damage, defect or shortage. In the unlikely event an error/fault is discovered, the goods in question should be sent back to Wow-weddings Creative Prints. Postage will be reimbursed if the error is ours. Faulty goods may be returned to us within 30 days of receipt, and a refund or a replacement will be arranged. Prior to returning the products, please contact us about any faulty items.
This Returns Policy is in accordance with the European Directive on Distance Selling (Directive 2011/83/EC). These terms do not affect your statutory rights.
