As an American planning a wedding in Ireland, I was very overwhelmed at first with the entire process. We locked down our venue, but I had no idea where to start when it came to finding and booking other vendors, or setting up all of the small details of our wedding day from another country. Thank God we found Wow Weddings and Laura Bizna!

From our first call, Laura made us feel so comfortable with the whole process – we felt sure that we were in good hands. She and the rest of the team connected us with an unbelievable florist, and reliable transportation options to bring all of our guests from Dublin to Castle Bellingham. They thought of absolutely everything, and were able to put us at ease throughout the entire process. They were communicative throughout the year leading up to our wedding, checking in periodically and always following through on what they promised.

They were especially attentive the week of our wedding, and helped us to navigate several last minute hiccups without any stress at all. Our wedding day ran incredibly smoothly, from getting ready in the morning (with breakfast they provided), to getting our wedding party to and from the church (on buses they scheduled), to our gorgeous reception (with personal favors and photographs they arranged for us the week of the wedding!)

I cannot recommend the Wow Weddings team enough. They were kind, professional, reliable, and incredibly helpful overall.

Wow is a word to describe something out of this world and breath taking, dealing with Ollie from start to finish firstly was a dream. But when the doors opened and I seen the room we were having our reception in I was completely taken back. Where do I start?? Ollie and his team transformed my room into everything I wanted and more. From the draping to the chairs to sparkle dance floor giant love letters and up lighters. I had poor Ollie tormented in the lead up to the wedding but nothing was too much trouble for him. We were absolutely blown away when we walked into the room. He deserves so much more than 5 stars. Ollie and the team did the draping for our ceremony in the Knightsbrook hotel, Trim, co. Meath. It completely transformed the room into a beautifully intimate and fairytale like setting. Thank you so much for creating such a memorable space for us and our guests. You have been so helpful and attentive in the run up to the wedding. I would highly recommend anyone who is getting married to check out the fabulous packages they have to offer.

We used Wow-weddings for our wedding this year, and they were an absolute pleasure to deal with. Our wedding was in City Hall, and as they have dealt with this venue before, they took all of the coordination and logistics our of our hands and made sure it was all set up on the big day!

Ollie and the team at Wow weddings were absolutely fantastic when we approached them about supplying decor for our wedding in Portmarnock hotel. The venue itself is beautiful so I didn’t know what they could add to the venue to improve it. Ollie gave us the tour of their impressive showroom in Dundalk and selected several items of decor that would complement the function room. What looked impressive in the showroom looked incredible in the hotel. The cherry blossom trees provided the perfect backdrop for our cake table creating a real focal point. The fairy light backdrop with gold drapes matched perfectly with our gold chair sashes and was complemented perfectly by the led sparkle dance floor. The led “LOVE” letters illuminated an otherwise dark part of the room and created a fabulous backdrop for our guest photos. The photo booth added a great point of entertainment for our guests and was a lovely keepsake. I really cannot praise and commend Wow-weddings enough. Thank you for making our special day magical

Wow Weddings provided the draping, uplighting and fairy light back drop for our wedding in Lough Rynn Castle. We had seen the room draped by them on visits to the hotel but we were really happy with the decor on the day. Tracey & Ollie were so easy to deal with and in particular Ollie checking in with us on the week of the wedding to ensure all was in order meant one less thing for us to think about!

Thank you wow weddings for creating the most beautiful flowers for our wedding. Tracey, people are still talking about how amazing they were along with Robyn’s beautiful flower crown. They also decorated our church beautifully and provided our photo booth that evening. They went above and beyond for us and I can’t thank you all enough. Wow weddings is most certainly the best in the business and has everything you need when organising your wedding.

Have to say I attended two different functions recently one corporate and one social and I can’t say enough about the service that was provided by Wow-Weddings, the attendant was so much craic and went out of his way to make people laugh and have fun, it was so funny, only restriction was leave your drink outside, well I can understand that lol, he was closing up past his time and went out of his way to make sure everybody got pictures and stayed open past his time to let a few late comers get sorted, have to say fair play to him he was so professional and nothing was a problem or a drama to sort out, totally recommend this company without hesitation…. 5 stars all the way…

I just want to compliment Wow Wedding’s I had a photo booth in my house for a party and have to say it was excellent and very professional the man working it Ollie was so nice and funny and went so out of his way to make sure we were looked after, I recommend if you use them ask for him, top class operation, could not fault him or them in anyway, thanks for your service I will recommend you to anybody I know having an occasion.
